How french is that? They know something is going to go kaput
It goes next to the parking space size analyzer button for some reason.

My e34 had that. Ran a little systems check and would tell you what was going on.

The combination of cel, battery, and brake lights whilst simultaneously stating “no fault” is humorous to me.
(I realize the key is probably in posII with the engine off. Still humorous to me.)

My E30 as well.

It may go kaput 24/7 but being french it’ll go kaput and then work again forever.

My old mans 996 911C4S had a system diagnostic option in the information menu, did the same thing.
Also ran checks for oil and coolant levels and such everytime you turned the key to accessory before starting it.

My Mustang also does that too, part of Sync. It will tell you if there are any open recalls plus if there is anything wrong with the car itself, then it’ll send it to your Ford owner account and give recommendations. Pretty neat, but I never use it.

Wow those gauges! The gauges on modern PSA cars keep amazing me, I mean they are like the best mid range gauges ever.
Just look at them:
The Current Peugeot 308, the white lines are not printed but 3D transparent objects, and the gauges counter rotate, like in an Aston Martin! How awesome is that for a middle class hatchback/estate.
And the current DS3 has an almost watch like design to it, amazing!

Was gonna say the same thing, I think it’s a neat feature.

CHECK CONTROL OK

My Citroen just has a big “STOP” light on it telling you to turn the thing off if it all goes to crap.

It kinda fits with the modern but weird Citroen theme. It also has a 4speed auto.

They look good, but the best thing is the digital speed reading.

Yeah, posII and engine off, but the rear suspension is sagging and one of the rear brake light is gone. No faults though

“STOP, JE SUIS FATIGUÉ"

Correct. It will give hints that something major is wrong, but will never really go wrong.

Pas de LHM! Pas de Pressure! Arret maintneau!

Being French, it probably “checks” if any of the engine components are on strike.

PSA — either you love or hate. I rock a 508THP. I wonder if the C5 ever came to Brazil with the THP? If so it could be my next daily...

Nah, we didn’t. We only got the puny 2.0 and the 4 speed ZF gearbox here.

That’s a shame. PSA, wake up. Why not bring the THP, hydractivye suspension C5? No no, damn DS5 with its rear torsion beam and regular springs and dampers won’t cut it!

I think I might have missed some sort of important info, are you a brazilian OPPO?
